Communal Areas

As a resident student of City View you will have access to the communal areas of the building. The communal areas consist of:

• Car park – a limited number of parking permits are available to the students of City View
• Cinema room – utilise the very generous TV with access to game console, DVD player and the ability to link up to your own Netflix account
• Garden – the large decking area provides a place to rest or study in the sun and fresh air
• Mail room – your flat/studio will have a nominated docket which your post will be filtered into
• Laundry room – this is the designated area to carry out your laundry related duties. The facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer and two ironing boards with an iron each
• Bike storage – designated bike storage area should you wish to bring a bicycle to the property
• Refuse centre – the central storage area for all household waste is in the rear yard
